Despite being one of the larger Caribbean countries and a well-known tourist destination, the north coast of the Dominican Republic is one of the best-kept secrets when it comes to overseas property. In addition to a superb climate, the Dominican Republic boasts a wide variety of sports and other activities including sailing, golf, tennis, scuba diving and horse riding.
